The Blending Lab is an urban winery with locations in Paso Robles and Los Angeles. We believe wine is a very personal experience; drinking wine should be FUN for everyone regardless of knowledge and preferences. In addition to traditional tasting flights, The Blending Lab offers a unique opportunity for customers to learn more about making and blending wine in our wine blending classes.
Our partners Michael, Magdalena, Chris, and the Lab’s fierce wine dog, Café Au Lait, have traveled the world in search of unique and exciting wine, from Peru to Turkey, plus the better-known destinations in between. That experience inspires the wine tasting and blending experience The Blending Lab brings to Paso and Los Angeles.
The Blending Lab is a small, privately owned business founded in 2014, with the first tasting room opening its doors in 2016 in LA. Our experienced owners are personally involved in each & every step of operations, and you will often see them at the tasting room storytelling about their favorite wines.
