Decemil is a five-acre micro estate in the Paso Robles Willow Creek District mindfully and exclusively planted to Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre to match our devotion to these three classic Rhône varieties. We farm organically with regenerative practices.
The name Decemil is a nod to the southern Rhône Valley’s Roman roots. This is where Caesar’s people first made wine in France, gifting the world an iconic regional wine trade that endures today. We combined the Latin words for “ten” and “thousand” into Decemil, signifying our estate’s 10,000 vines.
All our wines are made with minimal intervention from the fruit of our estate vineyard. We pursue perfection but are committed to accurately representing our terroir and each vintage’s unique growing conditions. We look forward to sharing our vision and our wines with you at our new downtown Paso Robles tasting room (opening late August 2025)!
