Founded in 2014, Cordant Winery showcases the wide diversity of exceptional vineyards, microclimates, and soil types that abound in the California Central Coast. Our wine specialties are single-vineyard Pinot Noir and cool-climate Rhône wines, with fruit sourcing that ranges over 200 miles — from Monterey County to our north, southward through Santa Barbara County. The 10-12 vineyard sites we purchase fruit from each year are chosen based on their exemplary farming practices and the ability of each site to produce beautiful wine. With production of around 1500 cases per year, each of our wines is hand-crafted to express the uniqueness of each vineyard site.
