915 Lincoln

When our obsession for wine and winemaking became too large for the garage a label was born: 915 Lincoln Wines. Curating the Bordeaux & Rhone varietals quickly became winemaker Scott Mathews’ passion. In the late 90’s Scott joined a local winemakers group that took him into the realm of  small batch winemaking and sourcing quality fruit from local growers. That burning grew, so Scott enlisted the aid of his two daughters as cellar helpers. Learning & sourcing fruit from all over the Paso Robles AVA. Scott furthered his obsession in the industry and created a unique & small production Winery of 400 cases & growing.
