Lori’s path began in microbiology, but her thirst for adventure led her to teaching outdoor education, where she guided students in rock climbing, zip-lining, and mastering essential survival skills. Along the way, she fell in love with wine, captivated by the stories that emerge with every pour. A graduate of the UC Davis enology program, Lori holds numerous credentials, including Spanish Wine Scholar with Honors, WSET Level 2 with Distinction, Champagne Specialist, Côtes du Rhône, and Somm Day Service certifications. She is also the proud owner of a winery in Paso Robles.
